* : Reviewers of the books have selected to use mainly pen names as they said since the author's name is obviously a pen name, they would only identify themselves in a likewise manner. If this were true, let us trust that in choosing a pen name other than their birth name, the author and the reviewers would be adopting Kierkegaard's "method of indirect communication" to sever the reliance of the reader on the perceived authority of the author and on the received wisdom of the community. They would have wished to challenge/force the reader to take individual responsibility for knowing who he is and who they are and for knowing where they stand on the material presented hereforth without prejudices and biases.
